Ian Rawlings (Chairman)

Ian has been Chairman since July 2011. Ian was a Men of the Trees (MOTT) Board Member for 7 years. He has a lifelong passion for all things environmental and especially sustainable building. Ian is the CEO for Central Desert Native Title Services Ltd which is a group of people committed to seeing the Aboriginal people of central Western Australia gaining (western) property rights over their ancestral country.

CNCF Director: Ray Wilson

Ray Wilson (Executive Director)

BAgEcon, MBus(Mktg). Ray joined Carbon Neutral as CEO in January 2010. He has a diverse background in the agricultural and corporate agribusiness sector. Ray's experience includes agricultural economist roles in the corporate farming sector and CEO position with a horticultural production, marketing and export business. He has held senior management positions in commercial and rural banking, including State Manager with Elders Rural Bank and more recently State Manager (Financial Services) with Landmark.

CNCF Director: Chris Ferreira

Chris Ferreira

BSc (Forestry). Chris is a Board Member and past Vice-President of Men of the Trees. Since 1999, he has run his own Landcare and Sustainability business, Landcare Solutions, which has designed and delivered WA's largest community environmental education program including the highly successful Heavenly Hectares, Property Planning and Great Gardens programs. Chris also holds a Landcare Planning and Design Cert 1991; Permaculture Design Cert 1995; Master Tree Growers Cert 2002; 2003 Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.

CNCF Director: Brian Wickins

Brian Wickins

Following a 10 year career in rubber and plastics engineering, design and manufacture, Brian emigrated from the UK to Australia in 1983. His interest in technology led him into publishing. In 1992 Brian formed Resolutions to provide specialist publishing and communication services to the Australian resource sectors. Resolutions has been carbon neutral since 2007.

CNCF Director: Jeff Bremer

Jeff Bremer

BEng (Hons), PhD, FIEAust. Jeff is a Principal Engineer with SKM, with special expertise in strategic analysis of greenhouse gas emissions along with energy policy. Jeff has also led remote area energy studies for locations in the Indian Ocean. Jeff is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Australia, and is a member of the Mechanical and Education subcommittees of Engineers Australia (WA). He also is on the Industry Advisory Board for the University of WA.

CNCF Director: Rhonda Hardy

Rhonda Hardy

BBus. Rhonda is CEO for the Shire of Kalamunda and a former Director of Regional Services for the Eastern Metropolitan Council. Rhonda has worked across a broad spectrum of successful environmental development projects and initiatives, including Perth Solar City project, the Cities for Climate Protection Program, the international ICLEI Local Action for Biodiversity Project, renewable energy procurement, water conservation plans and TravelSmart green travel plans.


Fiona Henham

Fiona (BA Communication Studies, Graduate Diploma Sustainability & Climate Policy) has a strong social and environmental conscience with a background in Education, Events and Media Communications. Fiona has worked across many industries and has several years of experience in the private, public and not-for-profit sector. Fiona is currently undertaking a Master’s research project on opportunities for community-driven partnerships and initiatives towards community sustainability.

Richard West (Company Secretary)

BA, MAcc, MSc(Mineral Economics), JP, FCPA, FIPA, GIA (Cert). Ric is the Chief Financial Officer with Central Desert Native Title Services Ltd. An accountant with extensive experience with Not-For-Profit organisations, Ric is one of the Trustees of Carbon Neutral's Gift Fund.
